One of the oldest buildings in Auckland, Windsor Castle Hotel was originally constructed in 1850 as an accommodation house. The dwelling undergone major refurbishment and seismic strengthening in 2000. EQ STRUC got involved to establish building material properties and proof test retrofit implementation.

- Post installation anchor pull-out proof tests
