The Williscourt Apartment building was built in the early 1900’s on sloped ground located in Oriental Bay with unobstructed view of the Wellington Harbour. The building is a two-storey masonry building with sub-level garage and storage space.
The following were done on site:
- Out of plane proof load tests
- In-situ bed joint shear tests
- Sample extraction and building material characterisation
