In-situ Destructive Tests:
- Carry out in-situ bed joint shear tests on the exposed masonry surfaces
- Extract concrete core samples from the superstructure of the building.
In-situ Non-Destructive Tests:
- Scanning of reinforced concrete exterior beams using a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) unit.
Laboratory Analysis:
- Carbonation test of cored samples
- Chloride penetration test
- Compressive tests
